  • I will not have a bad word said about Woolwich, I was informed on here a while back that it is an up and coming place and gentrification is happening?

Woolwich will soon be providing the yuppies that KM wants to fill the Valley with.

Largely said by people with property in the area.

By the way Mike, should you be looking to purchase some property, I have a a luxury residence for sale in the Kensington of the North (some less knowledgeable people unfamiliar with up and coming areas and gentrification still refer to it as Sheffield)

    Very true.

It is becoming gentrified and the yuppies, hipsters and bankers will flock to see Frank Lampard's Charlton at the Valley. You heard it here first.

There are hipsters in Plumstead as well.

Smug bastards with their skinny jeans, beards and craft coffees.

Born in Woolwich, lived and went to school in Plumstead, clearly I should have stayed put
