Getting Flagged

Some people have been saying 'such and such flagged me 5 times' etc, but I thought only the Mods could see who flagged someone.
Or are they just guessing who flagged them ?

If you are on a PC/Mac you can click on 'flag' then hover over 'abuse' and it shows who's flagged you.0

You can see the dirty rotten scumbags who flag you, just hover over abuse as VG said.
