No surprise, but English clubs willing to pay the most.

Allardyce, perhaps the surprise at 13th. Not sure if they're including (alleged) brown envelopes in this, but he's on a great deal at West Ham. Is getting them back to the prem and keeping them there justified?

And 4M per annum for Jesus... I'd expect him to walk on water for that!

    Bizarre state the international game is in when two of the top five spots are occupied by China and Russia.

    Its amazing that a Championship manager is earning more than the manager of the World and European champions.

    Not so surprsing to me actually. Their owner is among the top ten richest people in China.
