    love marmite with butter and not tooooo much marmite on my toast, with a cup of hot sweet tea in the morning...

    love peanut butter , and unfortunately kraft here in oz is THE best... not for brekfast though

    The Guinness Marmite was a big hit round here, gotta say I bought it for a novilty and still have it left in my cupboard.

    Me, I stick to a banana and a couple of apples. More to make smutty shapes than for the health benefits
