But they did succeed, and the plod on duty were all pretty pleasant while we kept our side of the bargain. The latest non-takeover and possible sale of our best players has stirred something within the fan base. My worry is that talk of protests will not lead to action. I think you have to look at STVV fans to see how apathy can set in. The unity march was meant to include GRAS (or something like that!), the STVV anti Duchatelet movement. It didn’t amount to much. When ROT approached STVV fans with their idea of fielding a candidate in local elections they thought it was a great idea - yet when push came to shove they didn’t get involved. I fear our fans are moving in the same direction.

Can’t speak on CARD’s behalf, but I think with anything like this, if you can put in a bit of legwork and come up with a plan, it might hold more sway for people. Finding out what the rules are around peaceful protesting in the streets of London May be a start. I will have a look as well
