Cullen was back in training a few weeks back, hopefully Igor back running means he isn't too far away.

Also Reeco (or ill as it wasn't confirmed)
    Plus JFC

The treatment room must be a bleeding tardis inside, to fit all our players in.

I don’t know how serious Reeco’s injury is yet. We’ll have to see how quickly it settles down. He only had a fitness test this morning (Saturday) and failed it, so I don’t know how long he is out yet. I’ll speak to the physio.”

Krystian had a recount this morning and it tallied up but the word has it that he will be Beilik Billy Big Bollocks all week.

Was involved in some of the pre-match stuff yesterday because of my work, and was able to have a few words with Joe Aribo - nice guy. He said hopefully he'll be back in a couple of weeks.

Defensively we are looking better. I think an extra midfielder away from home won't be too much of a hardship especially if he is a player like Fosu. I worry that Grant plays better with a fellow striker but again, away from home he may be better getting behind teams. I think if you play Reeves and Williams with Fosu just ahead of them, it could be a stopgap solution.

It won't be better than having Taylor but away from home it could work.

Forster-Caskey back out on the grass running and doing ball work for the first time today.

Short video looked as though to be about 20 meter runs and a finish from a cross. He’ll be doing lots more different runs and ball work as in agility dribbling with a finish at the end, but that may not be until later yet.

This really is fantastic news, it’s been 6 months since his horrible injury where recovery is normally between 9-12 months. Still a way to go yet but he is definitely a good chunk ahead of schedule.

Fingers crosses he signs a new contract, I see why no reason why he won’t, and he will be a real asset for us next season as we have hugely missed him this season. Who knows, he might even get to play a part before the season ends, which would be very impressive, but we shouldn’t rush him back if he isn’t completely ready by then, not by any means.

For now, huge credit to Jake for the work he has put in.
JFC implied at Bromley Addicks that he hasn't been offered a new contract as yet.

Regardless, great news.  A skillful midfielder who scores goals and who takes a better set piece than what we have now.

I believe that Gallen and Bows have recently indicated they want to get the younger players signed up first and want to see how JFC’s knee reacts when he is back training properly again.

I am certain it will get sorted and he will sign it when it comes round to it. Right now where he is out, it’s not such a big pressing issue as others.

Think it might be for JFC.

Agreed. Personally I'm a bit uncomfortable if we're seen to be waiting until he's more or less 100% fit before offering a new contract. Yes we don't want to offer contracts to crocks, but this is somebody who should be reaching his prime years

I completely agree too, of course it’s important to him as it’s his future and stability. He does need to be offered a contract and to sign it but I do understand the club’s position with why they haven’t just yet.

You are right, I did and I was sure he would stay. I got it wrong unfortunately, albeit I was specifically talking about going to Rangers, he still left. Can’t be right on everything unfortunately.

Under Duchatelet, we gave Wiggins and Page extended contracts. Both good players but sick note specialists unfortunately.

JFC is not injury prone and was just unlucky to get ONE serious injury like an ACL injury.
    Would love him to stay.

Unless Naby reverts back to Bambi on ice, Pearce will only get back in for Bauer or by injury to either Sarr or BFG.

Anyway, It is good to have good players back as it strengthens the squad even if they do not go straight back into the team.

    This.
If nothing else it gives us a much stronger bench.
Something we haven't allways had this season.

3-5-2 has worked But against Pompey and Luton at home could be dangerous if Sarr doesn't stop a cross coming in then we miss his aerial presents in the middle.

3-5-2 can become 5-3-2 when defending BUT not when your hit on the counter attack and the ball is played behind your wing backs and a CB like Naby, Patrick or Jason are draged wide.

Could work well against the mid to Low teams in League 1, Bowyer and Jacko will consider this option with the players available.

Not sure about that as Bowyer said earlier in the season that he didnt like having two left footed players at CB

If Bauer was to be benched then I'd say its for Bielik
