  • I think the Masters restrict what can be shown live on first two rounds.
  • Coverage is absolutely shite on Sky.

They can only show what they are allowed on 1st two rounds until about 8.30pm BST. This is a restriction laid down by the Augusta National Golf Club, it's the same in the US. Sky do, like the US rights holder, have coverage of Amen Corner and one or two selected groups. No one gets full coverage until about now on days 1&2.
    Sky's coverage is excellent.

    Yep
No live coverage just a load of bollox being spoke
If you can set up a VPN to the States, you should be able to watch the featured groups coverage on the Masters website. Showing Mickelson/Kuchar/Fowler & Woods/Leishman/Fleetwood.
    Same as on Sky.

Reed having an excellent front nine and now he leads by two. Four birdies and four pars from eight holes.

edit: makes it five birdies and four pars from the front nine. Now clear by three.
  • Is Woods on the course yet?
  • Thomas to win from out back you heard it here first!

Hoping you meant to say Bubba Watson... :-) come on Bubba/Reed/Stenson!

Given up on Kuchar after that poor back nine earlier. Doesn't look like Fleetwood or Oosthuizen are making much of an impact either...
  • Reed is a wonderful heel. I hope he wins
  • Can't stand Reid since Gleneagles. Prat.
  • Need Reed to slip up tomorrow otherwise it could be a 1 horse race.

  • Day 3

    10:00 AM
    Paul Casey (England)

    10:10 AM

    IT'S JEFF KNOX TIME.
  • Talk sports American golf guy said pins for round one are relatively benign, tightening up for R2 and more so for R3 before easing off for final round so that there are lots of birdies/eagles and chances for a lot of movement on final day.
  • Day 3

    10:40 AM
    Tiger Woods
    Ian Poulter (England)

This pairing is the only way Poults would get any TV time...
I know lots of people want to watch him, but the way the cameras follow Woods round (even when he’s not really in contention) really boils my piss.

Justin looks nicely placed at this stage...

22-1 on Bet 365 4 places at the moment.
  • Rahm slowly moving up the leaderboard... now tied 6th with Dustin Johnson and Justin Thomas.

    Day 1 +3,
    Day 2 -4,
    Day 3 -2 after 3 holes.
  • Seven players tied for third on -4.

    Reed -9
    Leishman -7
McIlroy, Spieth, Watson, Fowler, Johnson, Thomas, Stenson -4
  • The one time I don’t back Fowler............

The one time I don’t back Fowler............

Got him at 28/1 just over an hour ago.

I always say it's best to wait for the first two days to finish before getting involved in any golf major.

Good call - as low as 6’s now.
  • McIlroy on fire.
  • Still pinning my hopes on Stenson, but they’re fading. Wish I’d done Fleetwood - he’s starting to look really good.
  • Jeff Knox the only person to hit a birdie on the 11th hole today.
  • Rahm would be some story!
  • Would love to see Fleetwood win - hope he's within range at the end of today.
  • Two eagles for Reed at 13 and 15... five shots clear.
  • I cursed Rose this morning it seems...
