When he first arrived, John Robinson got some stick, I think mainly because he wasn't Robert Lee.

I think most later realised that although he may not have been the most skilful winger we've ever had, and possibly would win a prize for the most arguments with referees, even if he had to run 50 yards to get involved, he was a 100% committed player and the crowd warmed to him.
