The Wage Bill

We all know, or can find out, how large this is in overall terms.

But do we know how it's structured?

Interesting piece in The Times today about Bradford City and their German owners:

"German players get 50% of wages in bonuses - English want 90% up front" States that the average League One wage is £100k with 90% up front.

The new owners have also brought in a recruitment system where the manager has only a partial say (one of three people involved) on who joins the club.
