My understanding is they have been talking to Murray and have also started due diligence of their own, but whether that relates to the above or not I can’t say.

I am so behind the times. I was thinking the Aussies had sent the final paperwork to the club through Yodel and it had been mislaid but now it's obvious someone at the club needs to check their spam folder.

I think most if not all the new signings were funded by the sale of Jenkinson to Arsenal once we got to the Championship the plug was pulled financially and SCP over-achieved in his first season in the championship with a late run of form - in no way did they gamble on getting us to the prem rapido
