    Looking forward to the Upbeats walk and seeing the guys again and my first visit to The Valley since the last Upbeats walk it always a great day. I'll be joined on my walk as usual by my Therapy Dogs Bailey & Valli who work with Down Syndrome and Autistic youngsters.

    Really enjoying this. Thanks as always lads.

    My first ever professional football match was West Ham vs. Manchester City in 2008 in the FA Cup 3rd round and the atmosphere at the ground was excellent. I do think the "Most successful ground transition ever (TM)" or whatever it is has had a large impact on the atmosphere. I also don't know what the FA can realistically do about the atmosphere of the Premier League, given they've sold their souls to the Premier League and I don't know that you can put that genie back in the bottle.

    Anyway, I always enjoy the show even if I don't always comment. Thank you so much.
