Well, with Riga's resignation taking us to a nice round number of six managers that have gone in the little over two years since Roland took the wheel - and finding myself having to explain the numerous ****-ups we've been forced to witness over the past couple of years to everyone I know who hasn't followed along, combined with Oliver Kays piece spurring me on, I decided to put a video together that might help sum up the situation to those of us who haven't had to put up with Meire's condescending laughter, Roly's perma-absence, or Richard Murray telling us for the millionth time that the Championship is a really hard league.

You're right about needing to explain the protests. I have a photoblog and ended up writing a fair chunk of text about why we are demonstrating to explain some of the recent photos I've published. I think its important because otherwise it's too easy for people who don't know, to assume that it's just football fans creating trouble for the sake of it, or that it's all about money and signings. That's why I felt annoyed when Arsenal fans protested the other week: it makes it too easy for the public to think that football fans are spoilt brats continually demanding more and better. That's not why we are demonstrating, and it's not why fans of Blackpool, Leeds and Villa have demonstrated too. It's about having incompetent owners whose weird visions for their clubs are at odds with the very purpose of having a football club.
