Yes it is, but we will report the total donations received on a regular basis on here and then, periodically, how much has been spent and on what, and the current balance. Hopefully, we will be able to show photos of what the fund (i.e. YOUR donations) has paid for.

T shirts with big bold individual letters given to people in order next to each other but scattered groups around all the stands.
I thought exactly the same thing yesterday. We could have a living banner and if we are creative have a number of anagrams (assuming people on the front of the Cupboard End Upper don't mind shuffling their seats).
