Both EastCoast trains and EastMidlands trains have released tickets.

Going direct costs £17 single without railcard discounts or alternatively you can go via Doncaster and buy a Doncaster return from about £23 with a Sheffield rail pass including buses and trams for £7.

Although I drink the fizzy stuff, two pubs strongly recommended are the Fat Cat and the Kelham Island Tavern, also on Pennistone Road about 20 minutes amble from the away end is the thoroughly likeable New Barrack Tavern.

I'm staying over with my Wednesday mates and shall be trying to win a few quid at Owlerton greyhounds, this is only 10 minutes from the ground, they normally start at 19.30

    If you go on the Megabus site, you can book return trains for £23-25. The trains don't take any longer than if you were to book through East Midland or whoever.
