hamer 7 Didn't have good enough view to see if he had a chance with the goal which was hit powerfully and that's what £4m buys you to break the deadlock
Wilson 7 played his part in a reasonable defensive display
Morrison 7 apart from the goal Austin was limited to very few chances
Dervite 7.5 his best game this season defended and distributed well
Wiggins 7 handled his powerful but tricky winger well
Pritchard 5.5 any attacking momentum seemed to break down when he had it. Extra half point for intercepting cross for cert goal. Dithered and wasted good chance10 yards out
Cousins 7 went quietly about his business breaking up play and doing the simple stuff
Stephens 5.5 fairly anonymous first half, bit better second blasted a good chance high over with his left foot should have at least worked the keeper
Jackson 6.5 tried his heart out as usual was the best of a below par midfield today
Stewart 6 such a frustrating player works hard but stays too close to Wiggins when advancing upfield instead of getting on his bike.
Church 5.5 not much service and can't fault him for effort but never won much against their 2 CBs

Kermorgant 6 won a header as soon as he came on oh how we need him from the start!
Harriott 6 Gave Assou Ekottu something to think about offered more than Pritch

Jackson 6 Tried hard I will give him that. Looked out of hid depth

Church 6 Bit difficult to give him a mark TBF he was so isolated he might as well not got changed, but he did at least try and get involved

Kermorgant 6 All marks for been a Frenchman called Yann. Oh and winning that headed within seconds of coming on. Note to the others, this is called desire and passion
Harriott 6 An improvement on Pritchard, but in the words of the great tax dodger, Sandra would have been an improvement on Pritchard
Sordell n/a yeh not applicable, exactly. Play him 90 mins upfront with Yann on Tuesday, if he still does not perform I will personally pay for his single ticket back to Bolton.

Can't understand why some people gave our defenders poor marks. We played against premiership quality players and they hardly created a chance.

Lawrie Watson deserves atleast a 7, as does Jordan Collins.

Hamer 7 Played well,can't be faulted for the goal
Wilson 6 Played well defensively and tried to push forward
Morrison 6 Mostly kept Austin quiet with the exception of the goal
Dervite 6 Dealt with QPR's forwards effectively.
Wiggins 6 Kept at it after Phillips skinning him a couple of times early on
Pritchard 5 Not his best game didn't close Austin down effectively in the build up for the goal
Cousins 7 Shielded the defence well
Stephens 5 Disappointing after the recent improvement in form
Stewart 5 Showed occasional glimpses of class
Jackson 6 He did try to get us going but we lost the midfield

Stephens- 5.5 As is said above, more like the Dale of pre October
Jackson- 6 Not his best bit did ok
Stewart-5 Needs to be dropped, struggled
Church- 6.5 Worked hard, would have liked to have seen him stay on and benefit from a partner up top

Kermorgant- 6 Improved us slightly
Harriott- 5.5 Not sure why he is being played on the right, was excellent on the left last season and just looks a bit predictable on the right
