If you've been playing football for 45 mins, then go and sit down for 15 mins, it has negative effects on the body. Those little cone sprints get the muscles and heart rate going again.

Im not saying it has much effect on us but id imagine thats the point behind it.

When I play football for 45 mins then go and sit down for 15 mins I need a lot more than some plastic orange cones to get me going again..(an ambulance comes to mind).
