why did he get a standing ovation when he went off.he lost us the game.

I don't think most people in the ground saw what he did. As is usually the case, we assume we are the victims of crappy officials. In this case the linesman on the west side got it spot on, sadly.

Still don't know how xrays eyes on the west side furthest could see it and yet the ref and the other lino who were the closest didn't.

no Powell did that, starting with a negative formation and playing Dervite, poor man's Simon Francis

How is Dervite a poor man's Simon Francis..?! Dervite is a left footed centre back who can play in midfield and Francis is a right-footed right-back.

It's like saying Dave Button is a poor man's Yann Kermorgant or something equally silly.

You mean the starting 11 that won against Leicester?

Troll or moron, take your pick

To be fair to LA mate, it was the change to 442 that won us the AWAY game at leicester (who are above the team we played at HOME on Saturday)

Wagstaff was pretty much playing up front at home.

No matter how poor we were and how annoyed we all are, we would be above Forest if we had beaten them! That is how tight this league is... roll on Saturday

It doesn't matter if you play 4-4-2, 4-3-3 or 1-9-1 if five or six players perform well below par, your one creative midfielder puts in his worst ever performance and your lone striker stupidly gets himself sent off. I'm not quite sure how you can blame Powell for that.

It would not have mattered if no contact had been made, its about intent. He swung his leg with the intention of kicking him ... red card

Sent off today so will not be playing against us

It's probably for the best, for everyone.

would love him back. Igor would really really like it

He would be the ideal link between the midfield and Igor. Can you imagine the havoc those two would cause between them. It isn't going to happen though so there's really only one thing to say..................

    Move on!

Got himself sent off so he didn't have to go up against Bikey, bottled it. :)

What he did at Bolton is one of those that the authorities seem to be clamping down on in recent years. A few years ago it's a yellow. No malice there and made a genuine attempt to get the ball and 99 times out 100 he would.

Bloody hell... Yann took the Bolton players head off!!
  • Options
    Deliberately got sent off imo
  • Options
    Is Yann coming home?

    Probably for the best.
Bikey vs Yann - one would end up getting sent off.
Bikey has been a bit close to the wire recently

Bikey has been a bit close to the wire since the day he was born

To be honest, BOTH would probably end up getting sent off.
