    .
  • Hamer - 7
    Solly - 7
Morrison - 8 solid and also almost scored
    Cort - 7.5
Wiggins - 6 understandably lacking match sharpness
Dervite - 7.5 did an important job well
Pritchard - 7.5 missed a good chance to make it 2-0 but had a good game
    Stephens - 7
    Jackson - 7.5
    Wagstaff - 6.5
Kermorgant - 8.5 superb (he chipped for a laugh!)

    Haynes - 8.5 cracking goal
  • Team effort. I give everyone an 8 except Yann and Pritch. 8.5 for the French beast and the little maestro.

Special mention for Pritch. I thought I preferred him in the middle but he was class on the right tonight, but if only he could finish like Danny Haynes!

    Hamer - 7
    Solly - 7
    Morrison - 7.5
    Cort - 7
    Wiggins - 6.5
    Dervite - 7.5
    Pritchard - 7
    Stephens - 7
    Jackson - 7
    Wagstaff - 6.5
    Kermorgant - 8.5 MOM
  • Hamer 7 - very little to do
    Solly 8
    Morrison 8
    Cort 8
    Wiggins 8
    Dervite 7.5
    Pritchard 8
    Stephens 7
    Jackson 7.5
    Wagstaff 7
Kermorgant 10 beast, didn't lose a header all game and most found a team mate

Powell 9 - has been given so much stick over substitutions the last month or so, but Haynes for Dervite was an inspired change
  • Hamer - 7.5 - Great shotstopper , great distribution but the handling skills of a double amputee at times.

Solly - 8 - Played really well, someone next to me shouted "skill him up" when we were attacking down the right wing, cue an amazing effortless run which left the defender without a clue what happened

Morrison - 7.5 - did what he had to do and did it well

    Cort - 7.5 - as above.

Wiggins - 7 - looked a bit absent in the first half at times but great to see him back.

Dervite - 8 - Fantastic, played the DMF role amazingly.

Pritchard - 8 - Brilliant workrate, if he could perfect other areas of his game he would have got a 9, but also probably wouldn't be at our club.

Stephens - 7 - He does the most difficult stuff as if it was easy, and the easy stuff as if it was impossible, very frustrating at times.

Jackson - 7.5 - Did well, didn't notice him too much either way.

Wagstaff - 8 - For me he was key to our first goal, the defenders didn't seem interested as they had disregarded it, I think having him out the team for such a long time will probably be looked back on as a mistake, especially when you look at who replaced him while he was gone...

Kermorgant - 9 - Perhaps slightly biased, but for me the best thing that could have happened tonight was a Charlton win with Yann Kermorgant scoring. He has scored in both Leicester fixtures and we have won both (by one goal) thus meaning that I can brag about Yann keeping Leicester down to my dad if they miss out on promotion. I absolutely love him.

  • Hamer 7 - Couple of hairy moments but no chance for their goal.
Solly 7 - Not his best but only saying that because of his usual excellent standards.
Morrison 8 - Great reading of the game, interceptions and clearances.
Cort 6 - A touch suspect, Morrison helped him out.
Wiggins 6 - Rusty but will obviously improve.
Dervite 7 - Mopped up well plus some nice touches and passes.
Pritchard 7 - His usual energetic self.
Stephens 7 - Impressive, did exactly what we need him to do.
Jackson 6 - Tried hard but not quite at the races I thought.
Wagstaff 8 - Quality. Proving himself a Championship player.
    Kermorgant 8- Beast.
  • Since AFKA pleaded for the extra scores : - )

Hamer 7.5 caught every cross bar one he punched. Made a couple of good saves but wasn't overly troubled

Solly 8 Solly like performance against pacey wingers

Morrison 7.5 had a real battle on his hands with Wood and Nugent but stood up well

Cort 7 Must have a headache from all his clearances. Occasionally uncomfortable on the floor but put his body in the way of everything.

Wiggins 6.5 Got caught in possession for their goal but got forward well. Had De Leat running at him which wasn't easy. Good to see him back.

Dervite 7. Thought he started slowly but grew into it. Solid and aggressive

Pritchard 8 Made so many runs beyond Kermo to get on the end of flicks and runs back to cover Solly. Could, maybe should, have scored

Stephens 7.5 Aggressive and involved. Maybe if you expect a Glenn Hoddle like passing performance then you'd be disappointed but it wasn't that type of game from us.

Jackson 7.5 dug in when we needed it and helped control the game

Wagstaff 8 Glad Hukeris noticed what he did for the first goal. Keith Peacock certainly did. Keep a lost cause ball in but the defender got there before he could turn back. But Waggy was right on the Leicester player, harried him into a poor pass to Pritch who set up...

Kermorgant 8.5 the man of the match. Won so much in the air. Was on his own up top most of the time but ran his heart out and with skill and purpose.

    Haynes n/a Hardly did a thing : - )
Wilson n/a Just come on and closed it up
Taylor n/a Was impressed how quickly to got stuck into headers and marking.
  • Hamer - 7 made a vital stop early on, and another towards the end.
Solly - 8 they tried and tried down the Solly side, but nothing they did could turn the tide.
Morrison - 8 not sure he missed a single header all night
Cort - 8 much more athletic than usual
Wiggins - 6 not the same engine that he had before the injury
Dervite - 7 does exactly what it says on the can
Pritchard - 9 MOM covered miles and was a constand niggle for them
Stephens - 6 I counted five poor passes from him, but better in second half
Jackson - 7 Who doesn't love Jacko to bits ?
Wagstaff - 8 busy shift and made the first goal through chasing a lost cause
Kermorgant 8 No way was he leaving there with nothing
  • Hamer 7.5

  • Can I give Sir Chris a 9/10. Inspired substitutions. Bringing in Wagstaff, bringing on Haynes. Haynes coming on reminded me of Yann
coming on against Sheffield UTD last year. For 63 mins 0-0. By 65th Minute, we were leading 2-0 due to Yann. Haynes comes on, within
    a minute we're leading.

  • Those that explain their scores have generally marked Waggy well. Those that don't have generally marked him much lower.

Have we returned to the baseless negativity towards Waggy that we've had before?
  • Hamer- 7 did nothing wrong, distribution was good and made a very good save near the end
Solly- 8 the boys just class
Morrison- 8 solid, unlucky not to score
Cort 8- Solid. absolute beast in the air
Wiggins- 6.5 could tell it was his first game back, glad to have him back though
Dervite- 8 broke up play so well, never bottles a tackle, done a great job in the middle
Pritchard- 8 never stops running, love him
Stephens- 7 few wayward passes, but overall played well.
Jackson- 7.5 no major contributions but always runs his bollocks off.
Wagstaff- 8 another Pritchard, never stops working, looks a little more dangerous this season too
Kermorgant 9- my love for this man is unconditional, monster in the air and just an absolute hero.

Haynes- 10 for the goal alone!

I would say so, and I didn't massively rate him before, now I think he has become an important player in our team, he is far superior to any of the alternative choices that is for sure.

Not me - I gave him 10 as well. Maybe Powell was as drunk as I was last night

How late were these two subs , two defenders to close out the game , is that allowed ??

    Only if we win.

If we concede late it is due to bringing on defensive subs that "change the mentality" of the players and force them to sit deep which prove Powell knows less then people on here.

Thankfully it seems he is now "learning" things that the experts on here knew all along but he'd never realised despite his 25+ years as a pro.

Will his vote count? I think it should.

Typical management can only do one eleventh of the job so the answer is no :)
