Too many doom mongers, too much bad news, too much criticism.

Only good news stories here even if it just a small thing to cheer people up.

1. Summer weather to arrive for Olympics, that nasty jet stream is likely to change course
2. UK inflation rate falls to 2.4%

    Great idea.

    4) Thought my nan was gonna die in hospital but she pulled through and has just gone home last week. NHS staff were brilliant.

    5) Pay day next week

    The pound is a lot stronger against the euro compared to this time last year for all those going to Europe

    With the better weather to come we should see more flesh

    Yes, I've pre warned the local shop who have stocked up with kleenex and made sure the sky link that glass half empty ran to the bedroom is fully working.... babestation in bed with the volume turned up!

    Some great ideas for days out in Cornwall from kind Lifers who know on a thread from last year..if you needed ideas.
    Weather is on the turn, which should be nice.

    Cornish Orchards Cider, if you stumble across it, is just awesome.

    Springsteen was brilliant on Saturday and I’m going to a right nice little festival in august and another one in September.

    In a couple of weeks I’m heading off for a long weekend to Gloucester.

    The price of cider has gone down by 10p in my local.

    A signed Addicks first team shirt from this season arrived in the post this morning from a customer who is a friend of Chris Day, and asked him to get one for me when we played Stevenage.

    One of my oldest friends who is also Karens best friend arrives tonight, and Karen does not know about it.

    The doctors have FINALLY got to the bottom of my persistent cough and breathlessness... I have Asthma. You may say that's bad news but it could've been worse so it's good news to me
