Grenwich Times had to stop doing them to try and fit in with that fat governement git's pointless non-law about council newspapers. They aren't allowed to do anything that obviously competes with a commercial paper.
Which is stupid as the reason he went to GT was because the local paper stopped putting so much CAFC infomation out so had no need for him.
And GT are stil under pressure to stop completely anyway.
Great stuff and, for me, this extract is a good example of why:
...."The Addick is a rare mole-like breed, content to operate under the radar, out of the spotlight and touchingly resigned to 45-second telly coverage. It saves so much pain later."....

Kevin Nolan is always a cracking read, best reporter I have come across, he is good to talk to as well, cant wait to have him back on Charlton Live
Kevin was for years forced to report on Charlton matches but by choice follows Crystal Palace.
I know his son who is very much Millwall although comes across quite Palace.
They're big pals apparently.

Mr Nolan is a star, no doubt about it.
For years he made Saturday's games come back to life when his match reports arrived with The Mercury on Thursday.
Deserves a medal.
