I was listening to 5 Live 'Up all night' and Dotun Adebayo (presenter), has proudly just announced that he is a Charlton fan, and reminded everyone that 'We are top of the league'. Whilst on holiday last week, someone told me that Bjorn Borg is also a Charlton fan. i didnt know this so he sent me a pic with Borg holding his Addicks shirt. apparently his affiliation began when Charlton played a pre-season friendly in his home town when he was young and he has followed them since.

I didn't know about  Dotun Adebayo, so I read about him on Wiki where it says, "He supports Charlton Athletic and once shared a flat with the "shoebomber" Richard Reid".   Is there a link between these two facts that I'm missing.

The story with Bjorn B is that his father liked Charlton because when he went to see them they wore big baggy shorts.  Kind of at odds with the Fulham question on another thread.

Richard Reid went to Thomas Tallis School in Kidbrooke, so he's from the area. Other than that, not aware of a link.
