Works his socks off, gets in the oppo's faces, tries to pass the ball and looks to create.

Loved his reaction when we scored. Off the bench, out of the dugout, hugging everyone and anyone he could! Shows what this club means to him.

Some of his tackles are so late and mis timed it's funny but can't fault his effort and we've definitely missed him this season.

Salad

Probably man of the match last night and certainly showed the endeavour we have been missing - and Hughes had an excellent game too, we know he is skilfuil given a bit of time but he really got stuck in too - definitely Premieship class if he can keep that up. Thought Faye was a bit too quiet though.

Kish did some lovely passes and had perhaps his first shot in three years that didn't leave the ground!

Playing narrow with Hughes and Kish certainly worked and has to be the way ahead for now.

Agree with you salad- although Andy Reid, imho, pipped Kish for the MOTM!

I thought that the big difference betweenlast night and Saturday was Kish, the Blackburn midfield had a lot less time to settle on the ball. Kish always going at the man with the ball we also seemed to win more tackles as well. Must say thought Lloyd Sam had good first full game and difference between hm and Rhom is that Lloyd is not scared of tacles or making them. Also can win the ball in the air.
