Anyone work near there, know the area a little, whats it like to work there?

    Worked near there for 4 years mate. North of marylebone Station is a bit naughty. marylebone high street has some nice boozers/bars in it. Some good restaurants about. Easy to get to Baker St under ground as well.

    Its not bad worked on Marylebone High St for around 10 years.

    Only 10 minutes from Oxford St

    Some nice pubs all around there check off the high St plenty of nice small ones.

    Plenty of places to eat as well

    Not far from Regents park nice in the summer

    Plenty of famous people to bump into everyday

    Its better than Hackney and Dalston !! mind you Basra is better than Dalston.

    Dalston is up and coming - allegedly...

    got a long way to go up though!

    stear clear of the Lisson Grove Estate just north of Marylebone station- bit like certain parts of east london....

    Take a walk through the Landmark Hotel mate.Opposite Marylebone Station. I was Technical Manager there for 4 years .

    Great boozer about three streets over cant remeber its name.Was original site of Lords cricket ground. has a wonderful art deco block of flates to its front.

    "Dalston up and coming" well i guess it must be as it would be very difficult to go down wards!
