Was thinking over the weekend about the Doom and Gloom. With the property pices falling and mortgages hard to find seems the wrong time to build flates. If someone had the dosh i bet they could rent that boozer for 3/4 years. The developer still own free hold so will eventually turn it into flates but for a few years all rates, etc get paid plus they get a rent. So we need someone with money and no black marks on their record-----------------------------sh*t knew it would go wrong somewhere.
