we were much better than against Fulham & Diawara/Reid were excellent

one major issue for me though was the quality of our dead balls = pretty abysmal in general, it needs working on big time

starting with the complete removal of El Kak from the vicinity of any free kicks within range of the opposition goal - he just hoofs it either into the wall, or miles over - hopeless

we have some big lumps in the team now & we really should be a threat at corners/fk's

well said, corners and free kicks have been awful, Heather Mills could deiver a better service than what we have been doing.

Goals from set plays can make a real difference to a season, and we are benefitting nothing from it.

I didnt get to see Watford..... But I thought Diawara in the air looked good against Fulham.... If we had a few of the heavyweights screaming and foaming at the mouth as the corner came in we could nick a couple of goals......

El Karhouri got lucky against Arsenal and Birmingham the season before last, problem is he now fancies himself as a dead-ball specialist. He should be in the box using his height, and leaving the free kicks to Andy Reid, JT and even JFH.
